It’s truly an honour to be invited into such a tender chapter—one filled with tiny details that somehow change by the day. We had the best time photographing your growing family, and we’re still thinking those little expressions, snuggles, and all the in-between moments that make your story yours!
Now that your session is complete, here’s what happens next. We’ll take great care of your images from here—selecting the best moments, polishing them with our signature style, and preparing your gallery so it’s easy (and enjoyable) to view, choose, and share with the people who love you most.
Below is an overview of what to expect next, as we carefully curate and perfect your images. If you have any questions along the way, please message us anytime—we’ll always try our best to be here for you.
what to expect
The Online Gallery
Your photos are now with us getting the full Bows & Ribbons treatment (think: best angles, soft glowy edits, and a little “aww” in every frame). You’ll receive your password-protected Online Preview Gallery 2 weeks after your session.
Once it lands in your inbox, you’ll have 14 days to view it. Grab a comfy seat, scroll slowly, and prepare to say, “Wait… is that really us?” (Yes. Yes it is.)
This Preview Gallery is where you’ll pick your favourites...the ones you’d like us to take from “already lovely” to “frame-it-immediately” with final retouching.
The images you select will then be delivered in your Final Gallery—aka your official highlight reel.
If your Collection comes with Birth Announcement eCards, you will receive that digitally 10 days after your session.
Because we know waiting is hard—especially when you’re excited to share—while we’re working on the final edits, you’ll receive a link within two (2) working days to download your selected images from your Preview Gallery.
Your Final Print-Ready Gallery will be delivered after editing is complete, in full resolution for printing and keepsakes.
WHAT’S NEXT?
DELIVERY OF YOUR PHOTOS
Once editing is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your Final Gallery.
For the Belly to Baby, Newborn and Baby Milestone {Keepsake} and {Luxe} Collections, your 4R prints and {Heirloom Box} will be prepared after your Final Gallery is delivered. These will be shipped to your home address approximately 3 weeks after you receive your Final Gallery via digital download.
Then comes the best part—turning your favourite moments into something you can hold, display, and enjoy every day for years to come!
Please note that our gift {Heirloom Box} is only available to Belly to Baby, Newborn, Baby Milestone {Keepsake} and {Luxe} Collections.
Mobile App (optional)
As an optional value-added add-on to your Collection, you may opt in to receive a mobile app—an extension of your Final Gallery that you can download to your phone.
If you’d like this, just let us know and we’ll set it up for you. It’s a lovely way to keep your images close, share them easily, and revisit your favourites anytime.
